Webkinz are a great, 2-in-1 toy and collector item.
They are adorable, well-made stuffed animals that have an online "second life" - this means that there is a website where Webkinz users get together and create homes and "lives" for their virtual pets.

Webkinz are plush toys in a wide array of animals and mystical creatures. A few favorites in our house are:

The Website
Each Webkinz comes with a special Adoption code. Take this code with you to the Webkinz website to "adopt" your pet and start taking care of it online.
Here's an example of how it works:
1. Our Lion Fish (named "Cool") was adopted this August. We went to the Webkinz website and entered the adoption code.
2. On the screen, we saw an spellbinding (cartoon-like) version of him.
3. We were then able to move him through areas of the site - which looks like a minuscule city - to meet other pets, play games and get comfy at home.
You can play games and partake in challenges to earn "KinzCash" to "buy" the items for their pets. You can buy food, toys and even decorate a room for them with things like a bed, clothes in a dresser and so on.
The studying Experience
